Steinberg has always made thier updates public... Doesn't matter though. Seems like there was a syncrosoft copy protection update too.
Anyways, very nice update... Fixed a lot of things to make this program even more amazing.
The new reverb plugin... What is it suppose to be modeled after? I havne't used it yet, but it certainly doesn't look like anything i've seen before.

Roomworks looks like a new version of Ambience from the screenshot I saw... (same hold/variation/CPU usage controls) Haven't used it yet though, so I can't comment on how it sounds.

So Roomworks is just Ambience with a new GUI and surround compatibility?
. Don't get me wrong, I love the plugin and use it a lot (I even donated for it), but since I heard the rumours about the new reverb in 3.01 I was expecting something different, or at least something I don't already own...

Are you talking to me? If so, What are you trying to tell me? Dunno what you're talking about.xanda123 wrote:Are you allowed to post that on here mate I thought you had to be a registered user to download updates, think the administrator will kick off.

BTW, as someone commented at the cubase.net forums, seems that the "MIDI drag'n'drop from plugin window" bug has been also cured
. Excellent news then (for me at least
), but it's really strange that this fix isn't even listed in the PDF info.

I think he was talking to me, as I posted the FTP address. But I agree he doesn't seem to know what he's talking about, the Steinberg FTP has been public for years...rawcan wrote:Are you talking to me? If so, What are you trying to tell me? New reverb sounds VERY nice. Chomps the ol cpu a bit, but with sx3 new turbo freeze thats no matter.
Very impressive for a native verb, well done maggy.

So, nobody on the MIDI "device" thing yet?
I'd REALLY like to know as this could be quite something I was missing in previous versions!
