How to get this ''spatial'' effect on vocals?

The rap in this song seems to me "spacial" as if the voice on one side of the speaker was slightly delayed (at least it seems to me).
Anyway, the effect is very interesting. How can I get it in FL Studio or another DAW?
It start at 36 seconds

It sounds like something like Waves Vocal Bender pitching up, maybe 50% wet. Or duplicate the track and pitch shift it. Maybe delay a bit--or chorus to add width. And reverb.
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

That's double tracked vocals where they share the same EQ profile, compared to the female vocals in the chorus where some of the harmonies have the HF boosted for a more airy presence, and the lows are reduced so you don't get that ping pong result, and instead it tends to have a slower chorusing effect.

I'm working on getting a vocal right and the Mixer template has 3 tracks for vocal. Was reading a thing about vocals & it said a great trick is to put 3 vocals in with one panned center and the other two panned left and right. Of course that all falls down in mono. But it's a good trick and you have the opportunity to do things with the other tracks.

Anothe thing you can do with multiple tracks is lower the more attacking sounds on the backing vocals, and keep it on the main and maybe increase a.bit, then you can get one clean impact and still get thicker double/tripled vocal parts.osiris wrote: Wed Mar 08, 2023 2:52 pm I'm working on getting a vocal right and the Mixer template has 3 tracks for vocal. It's definitely been double-tracked, which is two separate vocal takes, one panned left, the other right. It's a trick that goes way back to the days of black and white TV.

My favorite trick, especially if it's not a good quality vocal, is to send it to a track with NI Razor's Vocoder on it. There's a sublime preset that can be tweaked to make it sound like a creamy chorus of voices. Too much can sound too retro, but when you hit the sweet spot.
