I am looking forward to the following music software for 2023:
Loomer to release Architect with presets and manual.
Brian Clevinger’s new sample based synth plugin is released.
SpectraLayers to be more for sound design and be more synth like. Perhaps more like Iris 3.
I smell something new and exciting from Vojtech at Melda, Tadashi at Hy-Plugins, Andrew at HG Sounds, Dawsome and Bespokes
Dream.
Absynth is given by Native Instruments to Brian Clevinger to freely update.
Some enterprising developer makes an Iris 3 type synth.
2CAudio Kaleidoscope update https://www.2caudio.com/products/kaleidoscope#_overview
Amaranth Cycle 2 update http://www.amaranthaudio.com/products/cycle/
Usine Hollyhock to be released as a VST.
Waiting for the Komplete 14 and Studio One 6 update sale.
Eight months to Black Friday sales!

Reaktor 6 with native M1 compatibility this month.
I seriously doubt NI will ever get to 4k-ing their plugins but will now have at least more resources available for new features instead of the Apple Silicon transition that kept them busy for so long. Maybe we'll get the first products from Soundwide that will combine tools from NI, Izotope and PA.
The mind-boggling podcast enhancer from Adobe might appear in actual products from them like Audition or Premiere. If you haven't tried it, the quality of the enhancements for vocal recordings is off the charts, way beyond anything I've heard from izotope RX or others.
There will be a new granular effect from Imagiro that will have a lot of people excited. The demos on Twitter showed a lot of promise!
I'm still super excited about whatever this will turn out to be:

im not sure what to expect, but id like something to happen similar to absynth, if brian does it, all the better.
