I would have taken the money and ran, too - spend the rest of my days sunning on the Mediterranean coast with pina coladas and wild orgies.

THeir plugins were great, though. Especially that drum enhancer.

Alas, everything Meta touches turns to poo.

If I recall correctly they sent out a notification about the installers being removed, and for users to grab them before they were gone.

Then they disappeared. Ofcourse they had big sales before everything became instant abandonware.

I'm sure they wouldn't mind legit customers sharing installers, so maybe just ask here....

This is a lesson for anyone that doesn't otherwise know: Software is temporary. All the software you are using now will become useless unless you maintain an old legacy system. Imagine all the software and associated effort from decades past that is now no longer is use. All those giant computer systems. It's all disposable. Just keep that in mind as you move forward.

I have the most recent mac installers if anyone wants them. No licenses, just the installers. PM me.

The last email I received from them was on Jan. 13, 2022. No mention of any of this. In fact the email was titled "What's coming in 2022." Not a happy camper.

I see that email as well. Then, on 03 March 2022 I got 3 emails with my product serial numbers and a 4th on the 4th and that was it. The rest I got from going to their site which had about 3 rounds of being torn down. One of the revisions had a notice to go in and get your software. then it was gone. poof. like fairy dust.

Thanks, that gives me a date range to search.

One silver lining is that I never bought into their ERA bundle upgrade offers. Makes me glad I didn't.

I think they gave away the bundle at the end with no serial number required.

It appears that the closure of the project is due to the use of technology to create something exclusive to Meta, resulting in higher profits. This will inevitably mean that independent creators like me and you may not have access to innovative software for audio creativity. While I do not wish to be overly critical of Meta, the Multibillionaires seem to have control of everything now. Get ready for Musk, Bezos, and Zuckerberg' bitches!

Since people started using some kind of "money" (i.e. something rare that represents a certain value and makes it easier to exchange both goods and services and is collectable and inheritable) the very rich have been in control of everything.
(A while ago people would put crowns on their heads.)

Keep voting for the same kinds of people and the same kinds of things will keep happening. Like plugin companies selling out from under their customers to corporations fror profit and C-suite bonuses.

Not really, there are quite a few books on the history of money. There is some fixation on money that under prints the underlying economic relations, for example enslavement is older that money.

When I changed my computer I realized that I didn't have the installation program for my ERA Bundle 3 Standard (2018). Unless the file name doesn't contain "ERA" or "Accusonus'. I loved these plugins, just great. I bought the bundle and I have all the serial number:

ERA De-Esser
ERA Noise Remover
ERA Plosive Remover
ERA Reverb Remover
ERA Voice Leveler

I think you had to download the trial version then activate them with the serial number. Someone knows where I can find the installation program for "ERA Bundle 3 Standard (2018)"

Please, please...
