If using a channel strip plugin (or a combination of individual plugins), where would a power strip plugin like Pulsar Modular's P42 Climax go? in the beginning? Middle? I can't imagine it going after delay and reverb, but . . . who knows? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

If you want to use it to 'condition' the signal before it hits your EQs/comps/etc then put it at the top of your chain.
If you want to use it to 'glue' the signal after you've done you're corrective EQ-ing/comps, put it after your corrective EQs/comps.
If you want to use it to add the magic dust on your lovely sound, stick it at the end of your chain.
Them's the principles. Work out what you want to get out of the plugin (maybe try it in all three positions to see if it's doing what you want), then do that.
