Soundigy OScope

Does anyone know how to install and use "OScope" by Soundigy? I have tried contacting Soundigy and they do not respond. Actually, they eventually did respond but I had a heck of time getting Soundigy to answer my emails regarding delivery of the product. I had to resort to spamming them until they answered, because a week had passed and I still had not received a link to download the product, but now they will not answer my support tickets or emails once again. The first time they eventually responded, I was given a link to download the OScope zip file and it contains two files, "Soundigy Oscope Demo.ens," and "Soundigy Oscope.ism." I have no clue what to do with these files. I do not recommend doing business with Soundigy since they have zero customer service or tutorials for their software. Very poor.

I am also trying to capture the waveforms from my Synthesizers. Also, is there a way to manipulate the waveforms to change the synth sounds? Do you know of any plugin for FL Studio that can do this? I am brand new to music production and have zero formal training. Thanks.

Oscope requires owning Reaktor.
I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but just learn FL Studio and its stock plugins, it can most certainly do what you want.
