They don't have anything I can't live without. I used to use their SSL compressor all the time, but it's been replaced by the T-Racks one. The only thing I think I'll miss is Clarity VX. It's super easy to use and does noise reduction well.

There’s plenty their other products that are more unique, and plenty of other delays that can do everything this can and far more besides. It’s just home, and perfectly designed (except defaulting to the mode with background hiss on it).

I love it when people never respect the "rules" in threads like this. That guy said ONE plugin....

Rbass for me, but I scrapped them all and never going back. I don't think Waves deserves this thread anyway, they should go f themselves now, not get free marketing because of what they did.

I was just about to buy kramer tape before the subscription only thing, and I knew straight away it wouldn't last but I thought it would take a few months, luckily it was only like 3 days.

Waves always used to be too buggy for me but they work now and I do like the sound of them, id place it in a vaguely similar ballpark to sonimus and lindell.
