Can't remove a entry from the Download Manager window

I'm using WF Free 12.1.8 and installed the trial version of Delay Studio. Trial period has expired and I don't wish to purchase the product. So I removed the trial version manually but get a new 'install' popup box for Delay Studio every time I start WF. Studio continues to be displayed in the manager box with no method to remove it. The popups are annoying. Anyone know how to remove an entry from Download Manager? Since I'm using WF Free, there is no customer support provided. Any insight is greatly appreciated.
