Knob thumbnails disappeared.

Hello everyone. I have a big (for me) problem: I was using Knobman with win 7, no problems at all. I upgraded to win 10 and installed Knobman. Till here everything OK. But at a certain point, all the miniatures disappeared, being substituted by the Knobman logo. I reinstalled Knobman, registered knob browser again, but the problem persists. I've searched in the forum and didn't find similar topic, sorry if it is any. I'm a bit desperate, because I have designed lots of knobs, and the lack of thumbnails makes it impossible to browse. I would really appreciate any help about it, any hack on the registry or whatever it serves to bring the thumbnails back. Thanks to all of you in advance!
