I just been loooking around the net at various gizmos and i stumbled upon this beauty:

Behringer Tweakalizer

For under £100 you get:

* 16 second loop sampler (BPM controlled)
* Pitch transposer
* 3 band steep EQ with cut
* BPM controlled delay, flanger
* Resonant Filter(LP/HP/BP) with manual or LFO control
* Big rubber jog wheel for scratch FX

For less than a ton i think it looks bloody great!

I can picture it now ...

in 10 years time there'll be a thread that goes something like "well, after 10 years of mixing the same 120bpm shit and being told constantly that DJing is 'so 2005', I've decided to sell off all my over-zealous purchases. Anyone want a piece of crap behringer plastic for a tenner?

I never do anything because someone else tells me, and i'm not gonna start now!

I do stuff because i want to. And i'm quitting making music becasue i want to. I don't need any other reason than that.

Hey quincy, I DJ too. I could probably send you a couple of MP3s of some short sets I've done if you're interested. All breaks of course. I'm not that good mind, it's all CD decks and no FX (don't have an FX unit yet).

Behringer are a qulaity brand as far as i'm aware.

The price is almost TOO cheap like you say, but then Behringer have slashed prices on a load of their stuff, so it looks like it could be a good little unit.

I'll check out the Pioneer stuff, cheers
