Hei,
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but when I press C4 on ML9, it triggers C3 on UJAM VST. Any idea why they are not synced?

Maybe that VST uses a different key naming scheme?
What's the name of the lowest key on that VST?

Ah i guess it doesn't show all keys. Anyway, i assume it uses another key naming method.

According to the Midi specification note #60 is middle C and is usually C3 or C4 but there is no 'standard' and it will vary depending on the plugin, DAW or keyboard. It's a thing to deal with.
