Looking for special compressor

Use MODO DRUM. It can randomize the strike location on the drum head within a user defined range, and generates the hits on the fly, so no two hits are ever quite the same.
There is a free version that comes with a model of a Yamaha Recording Custom 9000.

Maybe I should have added more context to avoid confusion, but I phrased it as simply as possible to get as many responses as possible. A compressor alone won't make it sound human or natural, but I was looking for a quick "hack" without many steps or multiple parts to add some dynamics to a hi-hat or percussion loop.

You can do this to any compressor you'd like with an envelope follower and a sample and hold. I'd go with bitwig to make the automation simple. You might want to randomize the sound farther upstream (from the source, sampler, synth, etc). Seems like it could get messy, but I generally try to keep my dynamic processing controlled and would only really automate a small amount between sections of a sound or automate the volume of a parallel group.
