Has anyone got a refund from Acustica Audio within 14 days of purchasing a plugin?

Their website has some weird legal jargon that seems to state they are exempt from the EU 14 law.
This from their website, is this legit? Has anyone got a refund before the 14 days?

Due to the nature of Acusticaudio Srl Acusticaudio s.r.l. a socio unico products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product, therefore, we DO NOT offer refund or exchange after purchase is made. If you are having any issue with the file, trouble setup, or have any questions, please submit a support ticket, we will do our best to resolve the problem. We always recommend trying the trial versions before buy.

Note (only for a product without a trial version): we can evaluate a refund during the first 14 days.
