Had some time left, was curious if OSC still stands, couldn't resist twiddling some knobs and found pleasing sounds. This might even end in joining for real after so long. 8)

Not working in Win7 (Reaper), error is Not found: GetDpiForWindow in User32.dll

GetDpiForWindow is a function introduced in Windows 10, version 1607 :cry:

Solution - upgrade to Windows 10 - which is not always an option for everyone. :dog: :borg: :(

Also, I don't mean to be a jerk, but you shouldn't expect anything to work on Windows 7. It was end-of-life on January 14, 2020.

Took a while since Preview 2 ... and that means that the track evolved quite a bit.
I think it got a lot better. I tried to make it really groovy and in your face punchy. I think it worked out to some extent ... turn up the volume and feel the punch. I'm really surprised that the mix even works very well on a smartphone speaker...
I almost used no hand crafted automation .. the sounds work with the usual mixing utilities. I have not used automation on EQs to simulated filter sweeps. I found with clever sound design and leveraging velocity levels you can achive nice changes in sounds as well ... the synth took direction here not my will to make sounds that are not natural to the synth. I heavily low passed my bass sound with a static EQ - because distortion is missing in the synth, I started with a really noizy FM sound wich many overtones and reduced it to fit it into it's place in the spectrum. So no AmpSim used ;-)

dB, I know, also have Win10 (not my fav though), info for the dev.
But since MS "support" ended, Win7 is running smoother than ever :hihi:
Maybe linux is next for me... :wheee:

No more updates to break things !!! :dog:

bsd/Unix/minix/linux etc ... been there ... used bsd on the vax 11/780 - then various flavours on other systems, Solaris, Irix, Pnx, Posix, HPUX, UX63 (on GEC system) etc. :borg:

Sure. Definitely. Me feeling honored ... and thanks for the *FREE* synth. It is/was fun to find out it is pretty versatile though at first sight I thought it would be difficult to get along with it... to find out ways to use the stereo signal path was quite rewarding. Keep up the good work.

Here's my submission this month. It's sort of MOR, with a little "pop" feel. I liked this little FM synth with it's extras. 4-op took me back to my first real synth, a DX-11!!!

DAW: Reaper
