Just got the keylab 61 mkii. Unfortunately, the following buttons don't work for me: Chord, Trans, Oct-, Oct+, Chord Memory, Chord Transpose and Midi Ch (they also don't light up when you press them). All other buttons, faders, etc. work.
I have already installed the latest firmware - but that didn't help either.
I also tried to do a reset (switch off, then switch on again while holding the two Octave switches), but apparently the two Oct- and Oct+ buttons don't work either, because I don't get any information on the display afterwards (that the reset should be confirmed).
Does anyone have an idea what to do there? Is it a hardware error?
By the way: if I switch off the keylab and then switch it on again, the lamps of the buttons described light up briefly (so it's not a hardware error after all?)
