VST editor is now opened by double click, and preset selection context menu is activated by right click on preset name.
Yes, that looks very good, just like I imagined ! :)
Please add min/max velocity range for each VSTi slot.
CCT wrote: Instead of "Preset selector" window will be a place for autoloop editor or smth maybe envelopes ?
Autoloop will not need any editor !
But enveloppe would be cool.

Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat !!
CCT wrote: Btw. there was any crashes with new version?
Is midi in working ? I only tested it with Midi Yoke because i dont have any midi controller.
Crashes yes, with several VSTs, this will take time to fix I guess.

Sorry midi in not tested... :?

Min Max for each vsti is working but knobs were not shown :)
Hmm please list me vsti's that doesn't work i will download demos and make it work.
Ok so where "preset selector" was placed there will be
envelope editor, but not tomorrow :)

Whoo!

EnergyXT loads now as well!

Hey, one request. Can we have a settings preference where we can designate VST folders? Once we have that..we can say, right click in the empty parts of the chain editor window & load from a list like eXT does..

Great, but text entry would be better I think.

Midiworks: i think min max edit with knobs will be faster than text input
ASynth issues were fixed. I still cant get output from zerovector :( Maybe it need some special midi events that i dont know how to provide :)

Chain load/saving done, and better looking context menus ;)

I have problems with some stability things so i want to
wait with release till i fix them. Probably tomorrow :)

I started to code autolooping, and hmm i have no problems with finding good loop end point, problems are with optimal start point :) Anyway i can create clickless loop but it sound not 'cool' :)

Sicklecell666: you feature request is on list with things to do :)

No hurry!
Just take your time - I'm quite patient. I think this is gonna be kickass in the end, no need to rush it!

Cheers,
Sascha

Hello

Here is new version http://audiolabz.com/vd04pa.rar

I spent three days on debugging and reworking, so probably there is memory leaks etc.
Known issue is that ZeroVector still doesn't work.
Tomorrow i will try to fix that.

The new things are chain load/save, preset selector as context menu, velocity filter (not tested)

Any comments will be appreciated, cause i want it to be stable as a rock ;]

edit:
I forget to fix midi in window... so midi in probably
doesn't work. Tomorrow i will send update
ok i have to work with it fxp/fxb seems to not work :)
Tommorow i fix that too :)
Its good to have testers :D

I'm getting nothing on wav dump. The wav files are completely empty, whether I use one synth or several.

Hitting config button causes a crash.

Saving & loading chains works ok as long as you are sure the file tag is included. I rarely do that myself as most applications add it automatically, but save/load works ok.

Hi CCT,

I get the same thing as sicklecell regarding empty wavs. Properties in windows explorer show a bit rate of 0 (zero) for the wav files exported.

No crash for me when I hit "config" though.

Chain load/save works fine.

Loading Polyiblit makes vd04pa close abruptly.

Entering velocity layers in the bottom boxes causes a crash.

Hope this helps.

This version should be more stable. Thanx for testing.

I'm waiting for comments :)

Hi CCT,

No more crashes here :)

The pan knob seems to be backwards. Turning knob left pans the signal right.

The input boxes are hard to read (yellow text on white background).

The exported wav won't load into SoundForge7, Wavelab3, Kontakt, or Sfz but loads in Audacity and Vsampler3. (These are the only programs I have to test in). Is it because it's a 32bit file? Is there anyway to provide a choice between 16,24,32bits at time of export?

One other thing; when auditioning sounds on my physical keyboard there doesn't seem to be a note-off message while the virtual keyboard does have note-off. I can clear the hanging notes triggered from my physical keyboard by right-clicking on the same notes on the virtual keyboard. Hope this is clear(?) Also, the auditioned sounds "crackle" as if they are in a loop (at least on my system).

Keep up the good work!

J
