Is it only in the demo version or does the GUI not remember what is being displayed in the display?
When it displays, say, matrix 2 and I go to another VST and then return to Saurus, I am back in the arp/step display.
Also, I think it would make more sense to make the left and right arrow keys switch between preset columns in the browser, not between presets like the up and down keys already do.
The demo voice is a bit irritating.

Saurus doesn't seem to work well with a sustain pedal, well at least with my sustain pedal... When I'm playing some notes and apply the sustain pedal, I can't play any new notes until I release the pedal. Which is not how I want to play
I don't experience this with any other synths btw. Does anyone have similar experiences and/or a solution?

I don't have a pedal to test this, but it worked with the Mod wheel as a source.kNarf_ wrote: Sat Apr 15, 2023 9:11 am Saurus doesn't seem to work well with a sustain pedal, well at least with my sustain pedal... Have you tried adding Foot as a source in the matrix and target the release of the amplitude ADSR?

THANK YOU !4damind wrote: Wed Apr 12, 2023 11:35 am I found a workaround... the standalone app has scrollbars and then you can come back to the settings for the size. Since the settings are shared between all instances and the standalone app, the plugin was then also usable again.

Doesn't work, but thanks anyway. Strange thing is that it works fine in Icarus 2Examigan wrote: Sat Apr 15, 2023 2:09 pmI don't have a pedal to test this, but it worked with the Mod wheel as a source.kNarf_ wrote: Sat Apr 15, 2023 9:11 am Saurus doesn't seem to work well with a sustain pedal, well at least with my sustain pedal... I've had a problem with the sustain pedal and an early version of Saurus. But I just tested it with the latest one, and it's fine.kNarf_ wrote: Sat Apr 15, 2023 7:18 pmDoesn't work, but thanks anyway. Are you using it with the VST2 or VST3 version? Does the sustain pedal work with the standalone version? And is your sustain pedal connected to the same controller you're using with Saurus?

It's the VST2 version. The same problem happens in the standalone version.planetearth wrote: Sat Apr 15, 2023 9:25 pmI've had a problem with the sustain pedal and an early version of Saurus. I'm using an M-Audio Axiom 61 keyboard with a Roland sustain pedal. I do have a second midi controller connected though, a Komplete Kontrol M32. I'll try to disconnect that to see if it makes any difference

Which Roland pedal?
If it's the continuous damper pedal then that's the issue. You want the momentary with normally on/off switching. Best to include that information to support so they can test and fix it appropriately. I get the same issue with different companies with different plugins and they usually have it fixed by the next version update.

I’ve got a question. I couldn’t find it in the manual, but it didn’t seem like either oscillator was effecting the filter FM. I couldn’t figure out what was. What’s modulating it and how do you control that frequency?

I think the filter uses its own oscillator.zerocrossing wrote: Sun Apr 23, 2023 5:19 am I’ve got a question.
