"We do know that 1.25V is the recommended safe SoC voltage limit"(...)
(...)"This condition means that, even though the odds are small, an EXPO profile
could lead to physical damage to your chip and motherboard.
If you use an EXPO profile, you should check your SoC voltage in your BIOS
or with a utility like HWiNFO.
If it is at or exceeds 1.4V, you should disable the profile and run the memory
at standard stock settings. If you have manually dialed in a 1.4V or higher
SoC voltage, dial that back to a safer setting for now"(...)

You can use ZenTimings to check VSOC voltage https://zentimings.protonrom.com/

You can also see the Briteck09 video on the same.

It is not the same issue, but taming down the CPU probably helps.
If you are doing Curve optimizer, must see this video

1 more reason to not mess up with overclocking. Why would I mess up with the voltages if motherboard can cook the CPU better than myself? :D

Pretty sad TBH. The entire point of EXPO/XMP is getting memory at faster than JEDEC stock speeds, with a warranty, without the hassle of manual overclocks and having reliable timings/speed. It's effectively an "overclock" like your CPU running turbo and calling it an "overclock". Hopefully no one went ham on faster DDR5, that stuff ain't cheap and running it at stock speeds for a premium has got to suck.

I overclock since last century, but now that the CPUs are factory overclocked
I do the opposite, underclock/undervolt.

Anyway, looks like it is now fixed... Update the BIOS!
