Alternatively you can just put a note quantizer in your daw and it will quantize any note to the scale of your liking

I had a device with pads and didn't like it at all.
Prefer something with keys or buttons.

There is a few. From the top of my head: Arturia Keystep 37, M-Audio Oxygen Pro, Novation Launchkey mk3

You need to be careful with keyboards that claim to have this function.
Some of them, like Oxygen Pro and MPK Mini Plus only allow you to remove "wrong" notes by duplicating in-scale notes instead of just muting them. This is might not be something you prefer, because I don't like it at all.

I can suggest getting Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S series, but I think its scale function only works inside of Komplete Kontrol App.

Lessons and/or lots of practice also works wonders ;-)

And don't underestimate the power of the Transpose function which most keyboards have.
Your tune is in Bb? Transpose with -2 and you can play in C. Oh, it's Bbm? Then transpose by +1 and you can play in Am. All white keys.
