Macos 13.3.1 does not work. Have to reinstall every time I restart the machine. Regardless of this, for more then a decade that find iLok a waste of time. There are other equally safe ways to verify the customer has paid and is supporting the company. This is just ridiculous corporation practices which obligate companies to comply with this proprietary and bizarre process, a bit like having to ship CD-ROMS to install software. Who'd want to do that?

You mean for you, not in general... did you contact the support?

Yes, and in one of the attempts and unfortunately because can't spend my life chasing them as I have other things to do and I don't do this for living. The result was "Your message wasn't delivered to support@ilock.com because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email."
A quick look into "https://help.ilok.com/faq_home.html" does not display the support email but instead "E-mail Support Hours: 9am to 5pm Pacific, M - F". Absolute horrible user experience for something as simple to report and request for support, why isn't this available in the location of the email support? Or the ticket system https://ilok.com/#!support-ticket/ilt?
iLok is not reliable and is a pure waste of time.

Well you might want to try emailing support@ilok.com, as "iLock" is not the company name.heldrida wrote: Thu Apr 27, 2023 4:06 pm Yes, and in one of the attempts and unfortunately because can't spend my life chasing them as I have other things to do and I don't do this for living. Good catch, which describes the issue I reported above on why the email is not copiable and available immediately to mitigate this sort of issues, as certainly people have better things to do with their time. For example, where is the email located? Why isn't the ticket link available immediately, etc.

Which Mac do you use? I have a simple M1 MacBook and a Mac mini M2 pro and they are both on Ventura 13.3.1 without an issue.heldrida wrote: Thu Apr 27, 2023 3:53 pm Macos 13.3.1 does not work.
