Gonna go ahead - that phrase needs to stop

I'm gonna go ahead and say it:
If you're going ahead and create instructional or walkthrough videos, you wanna go ahead and stop using the phrase "I'm gonna go ahead" when you go ahead to click on a UI element or move a fader.
You can go ahead and assume that your viewers are going to go ahead and be really annoyed by this nonsensical filler phrase if it goes ahead and appears every other sentence.
Now you can go ahead and roast me, but I would suggest you go ahead and fill the comments on those videos and go ahead and tell them.

THIS!!! Grates on me more than I can say while remaining even remotely civil. I watched a really popular guys tutorial for a graphics app, and the dude said it SOOO many times, I grinned-and-bared-it, while I replayed it and counted. 43 times,(that's FORTY-THREE times) in the first three minutes! He said: "I'm going to go ahead and go ahead" - twice.
The other one that has bugged me for YEARS is: "Actually" including, but not limited to, "actually go ahead". Actually turn this, plug it in, move that, push here, lift it, etc.
Which has been supplanted of late with "literally".

Can you go ahead and make a walkthrough video for this thread? I have no idea what it's about.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

I’m just gonna go ahead and say that I haven’t really noticed it, so I’m either watching the wrong videos or… it’s going to stick out like a sore thumb now that you’ve pointed it out.
