Is this possible? I mean i have some HALion optimised sample CDs and i wan use them in Reason NN-XT

Yes i know i could load samples in NN-XT but this is not real thing

Extreme Sample Converter (www.extranslator.com (http://www.extranslator.com)) can import Halion samples and export Sf2, NN-XT format is in development. You can also try Awave Studio (www.fmjsoft.com (http://www.fmjsoft.com)), I checked the list of supported formats but could not find Halion, I could have overlooked it tho...
If you own VSampler you can import Halion files and export Sf2 files
