Here is the main issue for me. The PLA is often a silent partner in state/private businesses. They profit and that profit goes to arming China to the teeth.
We avoid Chinese-made stuff where possible, most of the time. A few of my last guitars were MiC, simply because the equivalent American gits were 3000€+. Mea culpa. Usually, if there's a choice, it's not a PRC item.
