The FREEZER module will freeze the audio coming in to the plug-in when you click its big snowflake button, sustaining the current timbre indefinitely. It is placed before the pitch quantizer module so that you can play melodies with it. You can load and save freeze buffers, building a library of colours as you go.

On Friday, I got to play with this quite a bit using my own voice for testing and loved what I was hearing overall. When I'd land on something that worked, the intelligibility was excellent and the sound was ace! Just waiting to hear back on my request to have a second license deposited. They answered my pre-sales question saying they would, but not my post-sales reply asking for it. lol! I'm sure it will come and they're just busy.

Still no Orange Vocoder reviews, tutorials, overview. Maybe it's a lull period where there just aren't people doing those reviews, or maybe, as we all pretty much figured out, they are only for hire--and Zynaptiq ain't paying or giving free copies to reviewers?

No review from me, but the orange vocoder IV has made all my other vocoder plugins irrellevant.

I got the demo, and it is nifty. Der Preis ist nicht heiss, but it's so fun to use. I'm thinking I could spend a lot of time with it having fun and getting results.

I love it, big fan of zynaptiq plugins. already made a couple sketches with it, a lot of sound design fun with any material not just vocals. sometimes the UI feels a bit weird, like it feels like there is some redundancy across the pages.
