Anyone else interested in talking about Rekombinator III?
I have Rekombinator I, but found it a bit limiting. Held off on buying II ... and looks like III solves some of the usability issues so glad I waited. Mighty tempted to upgrade, now especially with the stacked discounts on Loopcloud.

With the discount and credits accrued, it was £10 for me so I jumped. Like you, I never really used Rekombinator I, I never saw the upgrade to II but figured for a tenner it's worth an upgrade. Haven't really delved into it yet so can't comment on its improvements.

I was playing around with I last night while I watched his extended intro to III. For the price, sure does seem like a meaningful improvement, to have 2 sample slots and drag & drop alone. UI seems a bit cleaner too, and scads of new effects and modulation capabilities.
