There is more than one synth, it'd help if you mention which one you're referring to, if you're talking about the bass, then there is a chorus effect, noise, no attack, medium decay, medium sustain, a bit of release on the VCA and VCF, EQ to cut off the highs, 2 VCOs - saw and square (I think one octave higher) with modulations on the resonance and noise, later on, he opens the resonance a lot and plays with noise
