Thanks for the heads up, been waiting for a discount on this, but 29 is really a no brainer.

The drive and the reverb gain controls alone place it above so many other reverbs I've bought. Good thing it also sounds spectacular and has many other wonderful options.

Recent times i twisted it a bit more, still really interesting reverb, even with some uniques thing regards tail damping design.
(Damn, the only upset, last time accidentally forget to save big collection of self deep crafted presets for Plate, before OS install, and all was removed).
Edit: for 29 i would grab quickly.

So I am not too thrilled about this (from the video below):
"Only the steel model displays the true dimensions of the modeled plate. The rest have their dimensions scaled behind the scenes to produce the equivalent modal density and mode frequencies."
I would much rather see accurate model dimensions so I can make informed design decisions regarding the dimensions and properties of my plates. UVI should have at least given us an option to work with the true dimensions.
UVI says this:
"We approached it from the perspectives of both clinical science and musicality. Forming the models core on extensive mathematical research and then calibrating the results against detailed measurements made of an EMT140 and EMT240."
But then they completely negate all of that with bullshit numbers.

Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful.
Both “clinical science and musicality” indeed
