Hello,

1. its not possible for me to create a forums account.
do i *need* to have a order number, and fill such in ?
i own OPS7, but that shop mail was deleted after receiving. So, i do not have that number.
Can´t see why i allways get the red warning message vs. any attempt to create an account. WTF
ahh, whats the answer to that final access question: "chipsynth" should do, or more like "chipsynth OPS7" (a full product name) ?
....much likely the second time i stumble over this ......

2. I´d like to check out Bidule again, but hate to install demos until chances are good that i buy it, so some small questions:
a) is it stable when running as a plugin ? (M2Mac / Ventura)
b) can it oversample single plugins, or as a plugin in the whole ?
c) is it possible to create midi CC morph controls ? => incl. free curvature drawing !!
d) how good do you find the CC mapping ?
e) ahh, is it multicore capable ?

i use GigPerformer so far. I won´t change that.
But thought Bidule could expand it a bit, maybe.
I could not grasp bidule when i tryed it years ago. but might be different now.

E-mail Plogue to ask them to make you an account. They locked their forum down a while back to stop spam. I had trouble logging in to my account there and had to get in touch with them directly.

As for the Bidule q's:
a) - yes, (can't speak about ARM macs tho). Only crashes i've ever had were to do with GUI interactions.
b) you can alter the sample rate for sub-groups, then there is also a main sample rate as well, as well as a buffer size
c) no curvature drawing per se, but you can draw a graph by hand and use it for any purpose you want. There is also a logarithm converter for CC.
d) cc mapping is done in a dedicated window and is pretty inutitive. there is also midi learn
e) i think so, but can't say for sure, best to ask Plogue

Bidule is still pretty much the same program as it has ever been, so if you had trouble before, probably nothing has changed to help you in that regard. It's still a great piece of software and i prefer it over Max or Pd for many things.

i did ! but forgot to come back here.
Not started the demo so far / but solved the "create the account" issue.

this is interesting ! they left this out in their Re.*

its not multicore when used as a plugin / standalone "it can be".

* this point makes it way more interesting again.
the logarithm converter alone looks not like it would be enough, vs. my demands.
Seems, i´ll need to start the demo sooner or later.

Thanks alots for coming back to this !
