SFZ instrument mono, portamento, legato

I am trying to make some monophonic SFZ instruments, but all I can achieve with these opcodes:

group=1 off_by=1 off_mode=normal

is to get only monophonic patch, however when I hold C2 for example, and then add E2, then C2 stops playing but when I release the E2 while still holding the C2 nothing happens.

How to get the patch to return to the note I still hold?

Getting the previous note to play again when the second key is released... I don't thiiink that's possible in any currently available sfz player.
