I run a internet radio station that play Rap RnB Soul Funk Reggae Chillhop Acid Jazz Triphop Ambient Blues, The radio automation software I use can run only 32bit plugins Stereo Tool is using a decent amount of resources on the 11 year old Dell that is running my station. What Audio enhancers do you recommend that are free and easy to use?? I have tested out Stardust which is really good https://plugins4free.com/plugin/535/ there is no way to save your settings and KT C is also really good and easy to use https://plugins4free.com/plugin/1240/ I just want to see what else is out there.

I am looking more something with a limiter compress eq I do not really need just a stereo expander

You need at least a multiband compressor and a brickwall peak limiter. Multiband compression has been used in radio for 40-50 years and makes sure that the audio does not "pump". The brickwall limiter makes sure nothing is ever louder than it should be.

You could use a dynamic/multiband eq in between these to slightly colour the sound, if you wish. Also maybe slight stereo widening, but make sure to not overdo it or you will destroy your low-end.

Here's some MBC: https://producerhive.com/buyer-guides/v ... mpressors/

And a brickweall limiter: https://plugins4free.com/plugin/2485/

Careful with the settings, distortion is always near!

Anybody have any other suggestions ??

Sonic Anomaly has 32bit versions of their plugins, maybe there is something that might work for you: https://plugins4free.com/dev/565/

Thimeo Stereo Tool itself contains a lot of good "sweetening" options and possibly one of the best and most flexible compressors on the market. What do you feel is missing from it that you have to add with further processing?

I am currently using Stardust

Stereo Tool resource use is a little high for my Dell Optiplex 3040 with I5 6500 and 8gb ram it my 2nd computer using it just to run my internet radio station.

Toneboosters Broadcast maybe ? It's hard to find on his site, but you can get it using one of the (free) legacy installers.

My radio automation is 64x so I should be able to use 64 bit plugins

Which are you using? Flux or Thimeo? There are two Stereo Tool plugins. I like Widener by Polyverse.
