Hey all!

I've been looking for a good all around microphone for podcastng, recording voices and acoustic guitars.
For podcasting I see a lot the Shure SM7B, it sounds good to me but I'm not sure if it would be good also for recording a singing voice or a guitar. A bit expensive also.
Any thought or reccomendation?

Be aware that the SM7B is a mic that needs a preamp with a lot of gain.
In general it is used for all types of voice work including singing and on dynamic signals, e. g. drums and guitar cabinets.

Best is to check it out if it suits your specific needs for singing and acoustic guitars. Maybe you can test it somewhere?

I use my fireface UC as preamp, do you think is appropriate with that kind of mic?
Yeah testing it would be ideal but not easy at the moment..

The Fireface has enough gain, you don't need to worry.
If testing is not an option, you should find plenty of information about the SM7B on the internet.

For instance, in this video it is used with an acoustic guitar, windshield removed:

It is versatile and a solid choice for all applications, but if it is too expensive, I have other suggestions from Sweetwater:

$300 USD - Warm Audio WA-47Jr
$200 USD - Rode NT1-A
$100 USD - Shure SM57

If you need more suggestions at the same and/or other price points, let me know.

The SM7B is an amazing all-around mic for vocals. As mentioned, it does require some gain boost and the Cloudlifter CL-1 is often recommended as a companion for it, although I have and prefer the Triton Audio FetHead ($90) as an in-line preamp/gain booster. Of course, these are an additional cost, but it's worth the money IMO if this is a long-term investment.
