I enjoyed listening this round more than last month as I really like FM I guess.

Voted, and commented on most.
This was only my second OSC, and I'm having fun working within the limits of a single synth - it's very engaging and is making me think about, and create, more than I'd gotten used to. Thanks, everybody!

This is the good thing about having a restriction - it forces you to be creative, not only in composition, but also sound design (rather than relying on others doing it for you - eg samples based stuff - because you then find you are further restricted because their sounds are not "quite right" for what you need. I am always refining my sounds to the last day to make everything fit sonically as I want it.NeuKatalYst wrote: Tue May 09, 2023 6:21 am This was only my second OSC, and I'm having fun working within the limits of a single synth - it's very engaging and is making me think about, and create, more than I'd gotten used to. The real beauty of OSC to to "make" you create, mix and master in 1 month!!! That is, actually get something done.

I have now finished voting too. While I think everyone did a good job, I only managed to give a few 5s out this time as I think the sound design was generally not as robust as in previous months. This is most likely as Octasine I think was a bit too early on in development that tended to produce harsher tones but I think a few excelled given these limitations.

Voted. Would like to comment more but it seems SCs spam filter gotten pretty strict lately. Could barely write 3-4 comments per day before getting shut down even if half of them were just replies on my page.
Had to delete a comment on Darksynth FX's "Cosmic Faith" because I just couldn't add another one to clarify that it was a positive comment (the first could be wrongly interpreted).
Good luck to all!
