Really easy to do.. Go to the Settings and Plugin tab of RC, use the ADD button, add in the VST3. You will have to close RC and restart to see it the list..

Hold on, why do you need to close RC? It should appear in the list immediately.

it didn't.. I am talking about the track dialog drop down. It was visible in the plugin page.
