When only having little time to test.
- Throttling
- Latency
- Overheating
- Fan noise
etc.

For me definitely overheating. My laptop PC adventure with a very very very very expansive Razer laptop turned into a nightmare because it was a freaking hoven...
Finally after only 6 months, I bought a Macbook air m1 and after 2 years I got read of both and bought a mbp m2 pro.
So my natural advise would be to check if the PC is a MacBook M1 or M2...
But to be fair, I have no idea if my experience was normal, if the Razer was actually the issue, this model, or only my computer was defectious.
I think if you buy a Laptop PC, you need to be sure that it is not a gaming PC with a big graphical card... These things do get hot.
Then I would try to do something CPU intensive for maybe 10-20 min if you can, if you don't feel temperature variation, go for it...
