What other Drum Pad or Launchpad type device supports MPE?
This?

Who the hell wants to travel with their laptop and something the size of Push 3! It's huge!
People who play live with PUSH as their main instrument!
X32 and 24C mixers, S88MK3, Live + PUSH 3, Osmose, RedShift 6, Pro3, S4, Tempera, Syntakt, Digitone, OP1-F, OPXY, TR-1000, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!

Oh, and my RME babyface Pro has ADAT, XLR inputs and outputs and phantom power. Plus it is compact and runs off of the laptop power.
But then you need your Babyface plugged in to your laptop and your Linnstrument and you still don't have a Live controller (the hardware experience with that display and rotaries). At the end of the day people either vale the PUSH/Live integration or they don't...but even if you don't a PUSH 3 is a lot cheaper than a Linnstrument + a babyface! Half as much?

PUSH 3 is probably the device that will make MPE mainstream and make more VST makers go MPE... :tu:

Oh and it’s a f**king useless DAW, MPE, instrument and midi controller…

So much hate from the Bitwig fans.
So very weird.

This is a great short video showing the MPE and hardware workflow...

Oh, yeah... I was thinking about traveling

Until someone hacks it and runs Bitwig and DrivenbyMoss then they'll love it.
Studio One // Bitwig // Logic Pro // Ableton // Reason // FLStudio // MPC // Force // Maschine

I'm very happy to see Push 3 with full MPE support. I agree it will move MPE forward for everyone! Especially I expect it to help with getting plugin developers to put more work into MPE presets.

I was thinking about travel and portability... my Linnstrument 128, Babyface Pro and laptop fit in a regular knapsack/backpack and nothing needs to be plugged in. I can go sit in the park making music for hours with that setup.

Same here ... I've been "in" since v1 then did the trade in for v2. Need to watch some demos.

I know, I own one. And the original question didnt make availability a constraint.

Now, Push 3 isn’t exactly cheap either, but I’d get a Live controller on top of MPE pads, which seem fine by the looks of it. I’ll have to watch a few more YouTube videos, hmmm.
F**k it, I’ve just ordered the controller version. I really like that they’ve included audio IO w/ adat. It's not the most important thing, but might come in handy from time to time.

Can’t wait to finally play around with MPE, I’ve been waiting for a really long time, and I expect the usability and integration to be top notch. Hope I’m not wrong :clown:

Oh, and I’ll have to learn Push, right … back to session view, I guess, at least partially.

Man I know a lot of people exclusively use arragement view but for idea creation session view feels so much better imo.
I make electronic music - DAW of choice : Live 12

I wasn’t impressed much by the idea of the audio interface but even with a laptop it really helps turn two bits of gear into a proper portable live performance kit. I wonder if it will help me find an audience too… :D

Ah, so it doesn’t actually have to be available to be a competitor!

I sold mine as it was very poor at low velocity sensitivity (a bit on off), I wouldn’t say it was good for drums at all but ok for sliding around on. I didn’t get on with the linn for drumming either…I suspect PUSH 3 will eat in to Linn sales…it’s the first mainstream MPE controller and it looks like a good one.
