Like many here, I got Analog Lab V with the $39 deal. Here's a Reddit post I happened across, outlining how the hidden preset controls can be altered by MIDI. Looks like it just takes a bit of experimentation.
I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but maybe this could lessen some of the anguish in this thread.

ok after reading all of this I still don't understand; If I have an arturia keyboard switched to analog lab mode; can I open any instruments from the collection and have it use the default mapping of my choosing or will it use the awful mapping from analog lab including the four useless macros taking up four parameters?
