Sad. First time I saw her was when she and Ike were backing up the Stones in the Gimme Shelter movie. She did things with her microphone that made this 18 year old sweat. RIP.

When I was 14 I bought the lp River Deep Mountain High and fell in love..later that yr (1969)going through a shopping cart of singles I came across a record of hers, in her name on some obscure label but it was the most bluesy beautiful performance....RIP Queen
