Yeah. Look at the buttons on the left of that, that you cropped off the image, and read section 20.3 of the Manual that talks about them; they're the 'View Selectors' for the Rack.

That is very weird, I opened the pre-set to take a look for you, I have all the usual controls- are you on the full suite edition and 11.3?
