It's literally in the product title: REASON STUDIOS REASON 12 UPGRADE FOR INTRO / LITE. That said, assuming you only buy one upgrade, you can upgrade one of those (either Lite 11 or 10 Intro), but not both.

they gave a very tempting offer. i just gave it a try just like i gave it to 11 lite. but my gosh 5gig download

Yeah but the good side is they give you a ton of excellent loops and sample with the product, most are DrOctoRex enabled, meaning ready to play with out of the box.

Does it Really matter if the Companion app is not AS Native?
It is just a program that doesn't affect performance and only makes sure that Reason is Activated.

If it works then there should be no problem

i always was convinced that soundwise reason is on top of any lsited daws.
the scalable ui and the grain sample manipulator plus some other instruments and effects etc alone was worth the money, divided in installment plans even more^^.
but there are some things i still absolutely dont like about reason.

Well I thought I was done with Reason (standalone) after years of Cubase but the JRR Shop discount (and PayPal pay in 3) made it too tempting and so I got it for 60 squid - which is much better than 199 squids!
Have to admit to being a little rusty when routing audio around to suit my needs, but the basics are still in my memory.
The demo that comes with it is mighty loud - I'd have to go full on Ozone to have a track that needed my monitors turned down like that does!
The sequencer is as quaint as I remember it.....

A week ago I bought the upgrade from 11 to 12 for 113.00 at Audiodeluxe. Now the same upgrade is 79.99. I contacted them, but got nothing but silence.

rack is ok, but the handling of the sequencer gui is horrible imo. plus some other stuff. the gui is really made for those big wide 40inch monitors or multiscreen parks, with one of em vertically for the rack view, one for the mixer section and one for the sequencer

What do you expect them to say about it? If you can‘t forget what you paid when you thought its worth it, you need to get more yoga lessons and learn to let go…
Think of „I supported the devs“ to feel good… And buying directly does that better than buying via xdeluxeshopanydiscounter…
