Anyone using Scene Actions in Ableton?

Was really happy when Ableton implemended Scene Actions ontop of Clip Actions, but I am so dumbstruck by how they managed to not implement the features that actually would make this great.

Instead of jumping to specific scenes, I would rather need an option to just skip a certain amount of scenes, so one can quickly and easily rearrange blocks / track sections without having to manually rejust every single "jump to" scene action. Even more simpler would be an option to just jump to the next scene that has a scene action with an option to just choose the amount of bars a scene should play (preferably next to the bpm option when dragging out the master channel).

So is anyone of you using the feature? I love it so much, but the halfassed way it was implemented makes me not use it at all (same with takelanes).
