Who knows what piano preset this is? It sounds at the very beginning of both examples. But in Dr. Alban added some other sound to it (perhaps a different piano). Just don't say it's M1 piano, it's definitely not it.
The song "I Don't Know Anybody Else" is from '89, so the sample already existed at that time. Maybe it's from some sampler like Akai.
And one more thing... What's that sound mixed with that piano in "It's my life"? I've been looking for this for half my life.

Sounds like a pretty standard "house piano". There were versions by Roland Yamaha Korg etc. Mostly sampled at high velocity and then dampened down with filters for playing. The M1 can get you close if you start from scratch and just use the raw sample. The main sound to me comes from the "hard playing" of the original sample and then the "short loop" in the sustain that keeps going through the release phase of the amp adsr. The layered sound in the second track sounds like a detuned saw pluck with slightly longer decay than is typical and done with only a couple oscillators/ samples rather than some giant "super saw" stack. Maybe a bit of chorus to thicken it up instead.
For the piano I'd just be searching for 80s/90s workstation piano samples.or if you have access to a close mic piano or even a realistic library just resample a close mic sound at max velocity every 3 semitones through the range you want. Unless you are making a cover of one of these songs you should be able to get very close with many many options and then really nail it by using production techniques that were common to old house and techno (cheap Alesis compressors and multi FX, Mackie style equalizers). I don't know what your exact goal is unless it is to have this exact sample to load into your own sample player. Of that's the goal you can sample it from one of these songs and call it a day (this was also a pretty common move back then)
