International Observer. only just discovered them as I was surfing around looking for more deep dub stuff. Apparently it's the male half of the Thompson Twins - he buggered off to NZ and seems he made some spectacular proper old style dub but with better and better production quality. There's a very good reggae/dub scene in NZ so surprised I'd not heard of it before. I'm going to have to buy all of his stuff methinks...
