Troubles working Arcade plug in in REAPER software

So I've been having trouble while using Arcade and reaper at the same time. Im trying to use my laptop keyboard and it works perfectly fine in arcade by itself, and I haven't had any problems in reaper. When I use Arcade in Reaper it kept going to shortcuts in Reaper while I was trying to play something with the laptop keyboard on arcade. I tried to change all the short cuts (both within the plug in and the software itself), and I looked through all of the settings and couldn't figure out how to fix this issue. Would really appreciate some help (:

Does it help if you activate 'Send all keyboard input to plug-in' ?

Reaper > Window: FX Chain (with Arcade) > Menu: FX
