I think calling it 20GB was just a mistake on DJmag's part. I downloaded this when it was free. Just checked the folder and the specs match what's said on the Gumroad page - 1117 samples at around a gigabyte uncompressed.

He also mentions on the Gumroad page that the complete Thunderdome discography comes in at 88GB uncompressed, and it seems unfeasible that the sample pack was ever almost an entire quarter of that audio.
