For some bizarre reason, quite a few of these have suddenly started crashing Cubase 5.1/FLS 5 when loading. I get a 'instrument not found' error message, but except for installing XP SP2, nothing else has changed on my setup

Anyone else getting this problem?

Which specific combi patches do this? Usually this means that it is not finding the ID of the sounds in that combi. This can be if the elements of that combi were deleted.

My Fruity guy is on holiday but I can have him check when he gets back (since we made the combis). My advice is to make a list of the combis that are having trouble and put them in a sep folder too (so you don't accidentally load and crash). Then email IK tech support with all of your computer info and details along with a list of the combis that are having trouble.

Thanks Squids,
I'll have to check which ones are affected. Bit of a ball ache as it results in a hard crash to desktop each time

I'll probably reinstall the ST sounds to see if that fixes the problem, tho' none have been moved/deleted.

I tried alot of the free ones from you all. Worked fine on my end in 5.0

Cheers Brice, problem solved

I've just reinstalled the ST2 sounds and all's well again. Don't know what happened, I know I didn't delete any of them. Mabye some got corrupted somwhow?
