Don’t get too excited. They've been making a “note for this feature in our weekly request list” for an ACB JX-8P for years.

Hahah! Exactly. We'll also likely see a JX-8P by Air Music Tech on the Akai MPC/Force before Roland makes an ACB. And honestly... I'd be OK with that, if Air Jura is anything to go by.

Hey XpanderDude! The JUPITER-4, JUPITER-8 and JUNO-106 have recently been updated to v2. There are some cool changes to the UI, expanded compatibility, and new sound features including a circuit mod and accompanying condition knob. These two new sound features add a unique vintage like modulation to your patches.

Here is a great video by Starsky Carr that demonstrates all the new features! Enjoy.

Not sure where I got the idea from, but I seem to think Jon is an engineer or at least in technical support more than in marketing.

User feedback and participation is extremely useful to us! And I will continue taking down your feature and instrument requests.

Though we cannot disclose information about up coming releases until the launch date, just know we take your feedback very seriously and it does not go unnoticed. We have some fun releases planned for this year that we are excited to share with everyone!

Opened Logic Pro today and all Concerto Instruments are gone. This sucks.

Many of us (not only I) have been asking for an ACB of the JX-8P that we can load onto our System-8's for so long, it's just become somewhat of a running joke. I can confirm that the VST3 for those three plugins, on a silicon mac are now running perfectly, without any CPU overloads or crackling. Just tested it in Komplete Kontrol. Great work Roland. I'm looking forward to you doing the same thing for all of the audio units - the ones that are simply unusable like System-1 and all the romplers (JV, XV etc), along with the rest of the VST3.

Gotcha! My apologies. The update improved v2's VST3/AAX performance on Apple silicon for the JUNO-106, JUPITER-8 and JUPITER-4.

This event helps us integrate your feedback by directly addressing your ideas, requests, and concerns with the teams that direct and build our products.
