How can I recreate the synths playing throughout all these songs, all I know is that these are saw waves, nothing about the envelopes or filter, etc.

Load this Vital preset and midi and you'll see how it's done.
Then you can replace the comb filter with an outboard chorus/comb-filter/flanger etc
