I like JakoJako for her choice and combination of sounds.

I love this sequenced rhythmic background sound you can hear at min 3:00 (tried to include time-marker in URL, but doesn't work):



But I am unable to re-create it. All I can hear is, it seems to use a high pass filter. I am also unable to reproduce the rhythmic pattern, where a delay seems to be involved. Do you have an idea how to make it? (Serum VST preferred)

and there's other loops on as well. It's not just one sound with delay if that makes sense?
