Can I make key editor bigger in Cubase 12 Pro?

You can open the key editor in a separate window, it's somewhere in Edit->Preferences->Editors.

I never use it myself, but I just tested, and you can click an arrow in the top right hand corner which detaches the editor and fills the whole monitor screen on my 28 inch monitor. So it looks like the answer is yes.

I mean the actual keys though, not the midi editor but the key editor itself.

In the lower right corner of the editor are two sliders labeled "+/-" these are for horizontal/vertical zooming.

Ctrl + mouse wheel will enlarge key editor view horizontally

Nice. 
Edit: Ok, nevermind that. All that Ctrl + mousewheel does is enlarge the editor view, not the piano keys. So, it does that same as clicking on the the controls to enlarge the editor view. Not what the OP was asking for.
