I know they use DAW Ableton but I can’t figure out what plug-in it is.

Do you happen to have another Screenshot? All I can see are MIDI and audio regions in Logic Pro within loads of automation.

The artist appears to be Carmen Villain.

AFAIK she uses Glitchmachine's Palindrome which is a granular sampler.

She also uses Abelton's granulator but in this instance I'm pretty sure it's Palindrome.
